Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Cleaning is not included, charged 1200 baht. If an extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.

As the residence is located within the natural forest on the hillside there is a steep drive up the hill to access the estate. It is advised to rent a car or bike to ensure a convenient stay in the peaceful and quiet retreat.

Breakfast (not included in the rate) is served from 8 am to 11 am in The Trees cafe (open from 8 am to 5 pm)
Swimming pool, gym and sauna room open from 8 am to 11 pm Tennis court opening time is 8 am to 6 pm, squash 9 am to 9 pm (racket rental is 200 baht per pair)
10 free shuttles a day! Check times at reception.
