50% of the balance is due if the cancellation is received up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellation made with less than 30 days remaining till check-in will result in 100% penalty due.

Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.

The booking deposit is protected so you can use it to make another booking if you cancel.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.
Our team will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail to info@worldescape.com. Your reservation is not officially cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation.
