Our apartment is situated in a beautiful, green neighbourhood on the crust of Hallandale Beach.
The apartment is JUST FOR GUEST USAGE retrofitted with brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen, bathroom, garden, BBQ, furnishings and much more!
We're a 2 minute walk to Gulfstream Mall home to a Racetrack, Casino, restaurants, shops, Bowling Alley and only a 10 minute drive to the Beach!!

The Space:
Bedroom 1: 1x Queen beds
Bedroom 2: 1x Sofa bed 1x Queen bed
Kitchen: All cooking/eating utensils, stovetop, salt/pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, strainer, fridge, pots, pans, silverware
Bathroom: Shower, shower gel, shampoo, towels, conditioner. The bathroom is in one of the bedrooms.

1. Cots @ $ 25 / stay
2. Baby safety seats (up to 40 lbs.) At $ 25 per stay
3. Elevator seats (up to 60 lbs) at $ 25 per stay

$30 for early checkin - any time between 12pm and 4pm. Please request early checkin as soon as possible (subject to availability)
$30 for late checkout - any time after 10am until 2pm. Please request late checkout as soon as possible if needed (subject to availability)
$30 for changing of sheets, towels and making of beds (subject to availability)
$15 for early bag drop- any time between 12pm and 4 pm.
$15 for late bag collection- any time between 10 am and 2 pm.
If you confirm you would like to use any of these services we will send you a payment request for the exact amount via your booking channel. All you need to do is accept :)
We are not responsible for the common areas of the building. Any question related to the apartment, please let us know!! We are happy to help!!
Parking NOTE: STANDARD SIZES of VEHICLES ONLY. DUE TO SIZE CONSTRAINTS, PARKING IS UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE BOX TRUCKS and LARGE TRUCKS.
