Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This bright and airy townhouse in Rye comfortably sleeps 4-5 people and is fully equipped with all mod-cons plus a private hot tub and sauna!
The Space:
The ground floor provides a WC cloakroom and access to the courtyard garden with hot tub and sauna.

Wooden Scandinavian style stairs take you to the first floor and the lounge which contains a luxurious leather recliner sofa and large TV.

The well equipped open plan kitchen is to the rear with oven, hob, microwave fridge, freezer and washer and dishwasher.

Stairs to the second floor, and the solid wooden floors give way to two carpeted double bedrooms and a tiled family bathroom.
Guest Access:
The whole house is yours to enjoy! Including the Hot Tub & Sauna.
Interaction with Guests:
We will greet you at the house to hand over the keys and make sure you have everything you need.
The Neighborhood:
The ancient cinque port town of Rye is a premier destination in the south of England. The house is within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, pubs and historic attractions in the town.

You are a short car ride away from either Camber Sands or Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. Both recommended for a visit - summer or winter!
Getting Around:
All of Rye town is within easy reach on foot, but taxi & regular bus services will connect you with destinations a little further out. The train station runs a regular service connecting you with international destinations.
Other Things to Note:
The house comes with a single parking space, but another may be available on request.

• Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)

• Check-in is anytime after 3PM
