Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 2 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 10 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This 64m2 apartment is an excellent choice for those wanting a stylish, spacious place as their Helsinki base, in a great neighborhood with all conveniences close at hand - restaurants, grocery stores, easy public transportation. The apartment is in a neighborhood called Töölö. The very center of Helsinki can be reached on foot in 25 minutes or by one of the numerous bus or tram lines close by in 10 minutes. Your choice.

The 6th floor apartment has:
- A spacious, open plan living room with sofa, chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player and opens onto a private balcony, with table and chairs.
- Great green views of Helsinki in the summer that change color to great white views of Helsinki in the winter.
- Living room TV is connected to an Apple TV, from which you can log in to your own account to watch Amazon Prime Video, iTunes or Netflix.
- A large workspace table. Free high-speed WiFi available.
- A fully equipped kitchen. That means refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric blender (but no electric can opener, sorry), cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans.
- Dining table with four chairs (eat, drink, read, or just hang out and admire the Thai wood).
- Master bedroom with queen size bed, nightstand, chair, reading lamp, and lots of closet and drawer space.
- Second bedroom with bunk beds, reading lamp and additional closet space.
- One bathroom. All the standard stuff - shower, hairdryer, toiletries space, sink, toilet, towel racks - plus a washer and a dryer.
- Elevator for speed; stairs for exercise.
- All linens provided - sheets, comforters (duvets), towels. And everything where it is supposed to be when you arrive.
- And I almost forgot to mention, because it almost goes without saying, the entire apartment professionally cleaned before your arrival.
