Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

All of the units feature a private bathroom, flat-screen TV and fully-equipped kitchen. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a kettle.

The wellness area at my place is comprised of a hot tub, a sauna and a fitness centre with amazing roof top pool and other big pool at 2 floor with kids area.

A sun terrace is available for guests to use at The Peak Towers Pattaya. Taxi just outside so take about 2 min drive to walking street.

Varuna Yacht club is 250 meter away.
The Space:
Very nice flat with Ocean view and good big balcony where you can relax, all is fully equipped so just bring your self. 7/11 and many restaurants in the area.

All is included in the price.

Residents can enjoy the pristine settings of Cosy Beach or The Royal Varuna Yacht Club, just a short stroll away. Immerse yourself in the stunning Pratumnak parkland and the diverse selection of bars and restaurants nearby.
Interaction with Guests:
Me and my team will always be available, if you have any questions during your stay and try to respond quickly on every request. Before arrival I will make sure, you have all the details you need, to do an easy check in, so you can enjoy your holiday.
The Neighborhood:
You are close to many shops, restaurants, bars, massage shops, supermarkets, laundrys and many more that will delight you. Located only 300 meters from the beach and about 4 min from the famous walking street. All major attractions are nearby including the floating market, the water park and many more.

Only 300 meters walk from the Cozy beach and Varuna Yacht Club. Only 1,5 km from Pattaya Walking Street. My Ocean view apartment (I have 2 next door) have a nice big balcony with amazing Ocean and pool view and the building have rooftop pool with the gym. Free good WiFi in my rooms.
Getting Around:
Taxi just outside the building and you can usa app named "Grab"
Other Things to Note:
- Guests are okay and is guest friendly.
- Please only smoke outside.
- WiFi is free and unlimited.
- Do not hesitate to contact me for any assistance you need.
- Remember to turn off the air-condition and lights when you leave the rooms.
