Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a
chance to resell the cancelled dates.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com
and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation,
then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure
receipt of their cancellation.
Cancellation terms in most cases are:
With less than 84 days notice
before your arrival date: 100% of
the
total remaining balance
With less than 112 days notice
before your arrival date: 50% of
the
total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice
before your arrival date: 20% of
the
total remaining balance

A really fantastic home in a great position on Pebble Beach Section of Rotonda. Backing onto a beautiful river with a dock where you can fish or just relax and enjoy the scenery and quiet life that this part of Florida has to offer.
3 bed, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic salt water, south facing pool.
I might be a little bias there, but knowing Charlotte County as well as I do I truly believe this is a fantastic house and location.
The house is an ideal family home, with 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king sized bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and cable. This room also enjoys a super en-suite master bathroom as well as direct access to the pool side.
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, TV with Cable and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds and also has Cable TV.
In the living room there is High Speed internet / WIFI, cable TV, flat screen television with Blu-ray/DVD combo player, also included are a large selection of DVDs for all ages. There are board games, books, golf clubs, bikes and tennis rackets all for your use and enjoyment.
The salt water, solar heated pool is magnificent with a south facing aspect ensuring the maximum sunshine over the winter period. The Lanai gives excellent shade for the peak summer times.
The garden is about 1/4 acre and there is a bar b que for you to enjoy. The garden reaches down to the river which has a boat dock with power and lighting, just perfect to enjoy sitting at as the sun sets.
We are very happy to accept your dog if you wish to bring your pet and even have a caged off area to keep pets safe outside. Please contact me before booking so I can send you the 'dog house rules' that we ask you and your pet to agree and accept prior to booking, thanks.
