Situated between Macher and Puerto Calero, you can enjoy a completely clear view over the Atlantic Ocean to Fuerteventura and the Los Ajaches mountain range from the 120 square metre terrace. While sitting by the pool and enjoying the quiet rustling of the palm trees, you can follow the whole course of the sun from sunrise to sunset. But you will always find a shady spot.
Inside the Villa Panorama is furnished according to the latest standards. An open kitchen with dining table for eight people invites you to cook with friends and family. Through the terrace doors you always look out to sea even when eating. The spaciousness of the rooms offers a special luxury, as the living and dining area alone covers 100 square metres.
Of course you can also enjoy your meals outside. The villa has a wind- and sun-protected dining area with a brick barbecue and another sitting area on the second terrace below the pool.
The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, all lovingly designed with an individual touch. Sleep with the window open and listen to the sound of the wind - you will have the feeling of being outdoors.
Nevertheless you live in the Villa Panorama absolutely centrally. Within a few minutes by car you can reach the tourist centre Puerto del Carmen with its extensive beaches, supermarkets and medical practices. The marina Puerto Calero with many beautiful restaurants is located directly on the waterfront. The capital Arrecife with its airport is also less than fifteen minutes away by car.
The house is surrounded by 4000 square meters of garden, planted with native plants. A wall surrounds the entire property, making the villa ideal for children to play. A large sandbox is available as well as basic equipment for babies and toddlers on toys and sleeping facilities.
The house is not explicitly barrier-free, but suitable for persons with limited mobility, as all rooms are on the ground floor and showers can also be entered without a threshold.
You travel with dog or cat? No problem, pets are welcome. Your pet will also enjoy the"legroom" in the large garden.

The Villa Panorama is supplied with solar energy. A modern system with intelligent control ensures a smooth stay if a few basic consumption times are observed. Should the oven ever be required, a generator can be used. You will find a detailed explanation in the house on arrival.
