Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 0% of the total remaining balance
With less than 200 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Villa MonteCristo is a large villa near the city of Ibiza with a maximum capacity of 12 people, which is still popular year after year, due to its spacious accommodation and convenient location. This large villa is located a few minutes drive from Ibiza town and Playa den Bossa. The charming village of San Rafel is also nearby, with its wide variety of restaurants and bars. Here you can also find Privilege and Amnesia, two of the most popular clubs on the island, so everything is easily accessible. There is a large hypermarket that can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, and it also has a pharmacy, bakery and coffee shop. Air conditioning units have been installed in most rooms of the main house. The pool platform has been expanded by 150 square meters. A wonderful outdoor summer kitchen has been built; perfect for eating outdoors. The lovely private pool has a wooden deck with an area for sun loungers. There is a relaxation area with a sofa bed to relax. The large barbecue built with bricks and the new outdoor kitchen with adjoining dining room, is a wonderful social space to meet while preparing food. The seats with Spanish tiles are in an elevated area that overlooks the pool. This whole area is ready to enjoy the beautiful summers of Ibiza and is ideal for outdoor life. The access to the villa is through electric gates in a driveway with parking for several cars. The main house is divided into two separate areas on two floors. On the ground floor, enter the villa through the side door to the kitchen. This leads to the spacious living room with fireplace and comfortable seating. From here, there are large wooden doors that open onto a covered terrace with a large table and chairs to eat. Outside the living room there are three comfortable rooms. Two are rooms with twin beds plus a main double room with a large bathroom with shower. There is also an additional independent bathroom. Outside, there is a stone staircase leading to the first floor. The spacious living room on the first floor leads to another large terrace. There are three other bedrooms, of which two are double beds, one with a shower, plus another double room with a separate bathroom. Villa Monte Cristo is a great option for larger groups who want to spend their vacations together in a private place, but with easy access to the city of Ibiza.
