Large dining room with kitchen and breakfast nook.
outdoor area with large patio with a sofa, armchairs and coffee table. Swimming pool with salt system and changing room with shower, toilet, sink. breathtaking view of the hills of Piacenza. Covered parking. Lawn surrounding 10,000m2 approx.
The pool is not heated and in use during the warmer months, is equipped electric roller shutter of movement dall'addetto coverage. The use of the pool, unsupervised, underage means under the responsibility of the relatives.
The villa is 300m above sea level and at a distance of 10 min. drive from Carpaneto Piacentino (3 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, dry cleaners, shops, the shops are open Sunday morning and held one of the most important markets in the area).
The owner lives in a separate apartment with its own entrance.
With nearby Golf Club, the Castles of the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza, art cities (Milan 1h 15m, Parma 30 min, 20min Piacenza, Bologna, Florence etc.), Walks. Close to the A1 and the link road to Brescia, Torino, Genova.
We can arrange shuttle service to and from the airports upon arrival and delivery of rental cars for the period of stay.
