Modern luxury style Villa directly on the cliff so you have the best views and privacy to the bay. It has a total of 6 rooms all with bathroom en suite. It's completely renovated and newly refurbished, located in Sa Torre with garden and private heated pool overlooking the Mediterranean sea, with satellite TV, wifi and access to the creeks of the Delta, On the ground floor there are 5 bedrooms all with bathroom en suite, an american style kitchen and the living room. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a bathroom en suite, sauna, gym and can accommodate up to 12 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite television. Outside you will find a balcony, furnished terraces, a nice professional barbecue where you can prepare your meals and a fantastic pool area with sun loungers. Here you can relax and leave behind the stress of daily life. A few km away there is a supermarket and 5 minutes by car you can reach both the nearest restaurant and the beach.
The Area: Located in the urbanisation Sa Torre, Llucmajor, 1000 mts. to Maioris Golf Club, Well connected with public or private transport. Small beaches at the bottom of the cliff. The village of Puigderros offers restaurants and a large supermarket. The bay has a rocky beach but only in a few kilometres there are beautiful sandy beaches.
In the neighbourhood: you will find S'aigua Blava Fitness and Padel where you can enter paying a fee. The beach club restaurant Maioris. The Golf Course Maioris has 18 holes and costs 82€, the buggy for 18 holes 30€ and the trolley 5€. Maioris Golf Course has a fine dining restaurant with views of the mountains. In the Hilton Hotel you can relax in an hydrothermal water circuit or try their spa for relaxing treatments. In a short walking distance guests can reach the supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants, hairdresser, shops and a bus stop.
Getting around: Rent a car and visit the island to return to this quiet and pleasant place to relax. The airport is 20 minutes away and the historic city of Palma de Mallorca is only 25 minutes away.

In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new "sustainable tourism tax" of the Balearic Islands (ECOTAX) to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises.
The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:
• 2 euros per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1€ per day per adult for the remainder.
All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st november.
This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union.
We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
