Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The house is fully air conditioned. Guests have access to the following facilities: satellite TV, Internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, microwave, kettle, central heating and an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. Parking is provided.Labin is located in the southeastern region of Istria, on a hill above Rabac and 5km away from the nearest port. It used to be called Albona and it was first mentioned in the year 285. This town, which dates from the Middle ages, consists of two parts: the old town located on the top of the hill and the new settlement Podlabin, making the walk through the streets very much like a visit to the museum: the town gates are from the 15th century, the lodge from the 17th century, the lapidary and palaces are decorated with renaissance details and the baroque facades have the crests of noble families. Because of such rich heritage, Labin is the perfect destination for guests in search of cultural tourism and those who enjoy antiquities, so we recommend it if swimming and sunbathing are not the most important parts of your vacation. From the top of the old town there is a beautiful view of Rabac, Kvarner, Gorski Kotar, Velebit and Prklog which is a nearby green cove and a protected region because of its beauty.
