Description
Villa Evace is a beautiful modern 3 bedroom villa in the Green Bay area of Protaras.
The villa consists of a large open plan living area downstairs with living area and dining area seating for 6 persons. The living area has a large TV, satelitte TV and FREE Wi-fi.
The kitchen has is fully equipped with appliances, cutlery, plates glasses and more. A bathroom with shower completes downstairs.
Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a shared balcony (with bedroom) giving stunning views across the Mediterranean sea. The second bedroom has one double bed and a single bed with shared balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with shower.
All rooms have air-conditioning included.
Outside is a large private pool area with Traditional Cypriot BBQ facilities.
NOTE: Maximum occupancy is 7, however, we can allow room for an infant (under 2 years) in a cot.
FLIGHTS
The nearest airport is Larnaca International with many airlines flying direct from the UK, Russia, Germany and more. Check Sky Scanner to find a flight.
EXTRAS

The Neighborhood:
Being a small tourist area with so much variety, it makes for the ideal holiday for couples and families. Protaras is known as the land of windmills, going back to the days when this was a farming area. Now it offers an amazing tourist area in a horseshoe shape, with over 300 establishments ranging from pubs, bars, cafes, jewelry shops and restaurants to taverns and much more.
However, it is most famous for its beaches, which stretch over 10miles. Along the way you may be tempted to try the wide range of water sports on offer. It’s the perfect location for Scuba diving; whether you want something beautiful like sunfish reef or something a bit more historic like the WW1 shipwreck, there are many secluded lagoons to explore.
The views from Profit Elias Church, situated on a hill top overlooking Protaras, will never fail to take your breath away and in July the two day festival takes over with small stalls and cafes set up, giving a perfect opportunity to try traditional foods. In close proximity is also the old Cypriot village of Paralimni, where traditional cafes, shops and churches mingle with today’s modern society.
Getting Around:
Bus
Four different types of bus service can be used to discover Cyprus. Trans-urban buses connect towns whereas rural ones link the villages to bigger cities. Urban buses offer their services within the city. Additionally, there are airport transfer buses that pick you up from the airport. The timetables are available at tourist offices or on the website Cyprus By Bus.
Urban buses have fixed routes every half an hour, but their services stop at approximately 6pm. On the weekend there are limited services. Transurban, rural and airport transfers run less frequently.
Since the buses are run by private companies, the tickets are paid directly to the driver. Exact change is required.

Bus stops are usually marked and have a bus shelter with seating. You can buy tickets for single journeys or daily, weekly and monthly tickets. Students, soldiers and children up to six years old travel for free.
Taxis
There are shared and private taxi services, which can be divided in three types. Trans-urban ones get you from one town to another. Rural taxis connect the rural areas to the closest city and urban taxis offer their services within the cities.
Taxis can be booked by phone or waved down on the street. The prices mainly depend on the type of journey you are planning to do. Every type, whether trans-urban, rural or urban, has a different tariff.
