The villa offers an optimal environment for holidays of family groups and friends up to 8 people, with large elegantly furnished spaces, privacy, well-kept rooms divided into a single floor in the sleeping area, living area and outdoor spaces.
The large garden that surrounds the villa collects the essence and spirit of the place, harmonious and generous with Mediterranean fragrances, alternates green spaces with flower beds and aromatic plants, with a large solarium around the large pool to enjoy the hot summer days in full tranquility. On the sides of the house a large porch equipped with tables and benches allows you to eat outside in the cool breeze
The Marche coast is one of the most fascinating territories of the Adriatic coast, where progress has not affected the ecosystem that is admired today in all its beauty. You are spoiled for choice between a day at the beach on the pebble or sand beach, the Monte Conero nature reserve located just 20 minutes away by car or an excursion to the many medieval villages of the UNESCO world heritage sites. for sports lovers there is no shortage of trails dedicated to hiking, biking, horseback riding, golf, sailing, diving, and water sports.

The interior spaces of Villa Delle Rose allow you to enjoy a holiday with all the comforts by offering spacious and bright environments with elegant and refined furnishings and tapestries where every detail has been taken care of and enhanced to make it harmonious with the surrounding environment and tells the unique story of this villa. The air conditioning system is present in all environments
From the main entrance you enter the elegant living room with a pallet fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a luxurious piano available to music-loving guests; a brick wall separates the living room from the kitchen equipped with all the main appliances and equipped with every comfort.
The corridor leads to the sleeping area where there are two master bathrooms complete with toilets, sink, bidet and shower, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds that together with the double sofa bed in the living room offer a total of 8 sleeping accommodations.

please be aware that we are not an hotel and for that reason we have to send you someone to collect the keys, so we kindly ask you to reach the owner at the contact details you have in your booking voucher to comunicate your extimate arrival time at least 2-3 days before the arrival date.
