Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a
chance to resell the cancelled dates.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com
and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation,
then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure
receipt of their cancellation.
Cancellation terms in most cases are:
With less than 14 days notice
before your arrival date: 100% of

total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice
before your arrival date: 50% of
the
total remaining balance

It not only stands out by its excellent location but also by its friendly, cozy atmosphere, the high level of comfort and the first-class pool. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and two living rooms. The beaches are 15 minutes by car from the house.
Getting around: Rent a car and visit the island to return to this quiet and pleasant place to relax. The airport is 20 minutes away and the historic city of Palma de Mallorca is only 10 minutes away.

In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new "sustainable tourism tax" of the Balearic Islands (ECOTAX) to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises.
The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:
• 2 euros per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1€ per day per adult for the remainder.
All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st november.
This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union.
We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
