Description
After a long day on the beach, you may want an outside shower, before hitting the private chlorine pool of 11m x 4m and a depth between 1m and 1.8m. There are 8 sun loungers at your disposal. The porch equipped with a table for 10 people invites to a barbecue. The second glazed porch has plenty of space for meals and evenings with family and friends. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors but well separated.
Inside, a comfortable living-dining room has satellite television with several sofas to relax. The kitchen is well equipped, including an induction cooker and another table. The house is decorated in a modern and comfortable way. So that you do not miss anything there is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron, a fourth pantry with a second fridge and a garage that we have equipped with gym equipment. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom and a bedroom with two beds together and en-suite bathroom with shower, There is air conditioning throughout the house.
On the upper floor we find 4 double bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom and another bathroom to share. We can provide a cot and a high chair free of charge upon request. The house has 10 beds although for a small price, we can add an extra bed.

4 golf courses surround the area (Santa Ponsa, Santa Ponsa II, Santa Ponsa III and T-Golf) less than 10 km away. We do not forget the beaches of fine sand that is about 800 meters. Around there are many paradisiacal beaches such as Camp de Mar, Cala Fornells and Cala Llamp. Visit the luxurious ports of Andratx and Portals Nous, play golf in Bendinat or go hiking and cycling in the Sierra de Tramuntana. We also recommend, if you have time, 2 or 3 days of walking in other areas of the island that you will love.
