The Space:
Please note the Apartment is on the 4floor (no pool view). The apartment is 2.6 km from Mimosa Pattaya and only 300 meter from Jomtien Yacht Club and many good seafood restaurants.

This air-conditioned unit is fitted with a kitchen. A flat-screen TV is provided and free Internet. Other facilities at Nam Talay include a year-round outdoor pool.
Others features will include a 25m pool with waterfall and sunbathing areas, tropical gardens, off-road parking, four elevators, a fully equipped gym, a luxurious lobby area, not forgetting the re-assurance of 24hr security.
An array of activities are offered in the area, such as snorkeling, windsurfing and diving. The nearest airport is U-Tapao International Airport, 23 km from the property.
Studio Apartment with nice Queen size bed and 1 Mattress for 1 person if you have kids with you and need a very nice room on the budget.
Our apartment has everything (Free wi-fi, Shower, Toiletries, Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Bottled water- free, Cable TV service, Balcony, Air Con, Desk, Iron/ironing Board, Hair-drier and we have laundry service.
There are all of kitchenware in the room.

The building staff takes care of the apartment if there should be a problem with the aircon or similar.
The Neighborhood:
Very close to the beautiful Jomtien Beach and restaurants and shopping.
Even though the center of Jomtien nightlife is only few km away and you can easy take a taxi for only 10 baht on the Jomtien beach road.
The air is better!! Less traffic.
Getting Around:
Only 10 minutes drive to the night market and very easy to take "baht bus" on beach road to Pattaya (Walking Street, Festival Centre Pattaya shopping center, Bali Hai pier (for a trip to the islands), Buddha on the mountain - viewpoint... for only 10 baht per person, go all the time, just go to the beach road.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
