All the amenities of a hotel but the feel of home, perfect for a solo traveler or couple, and just minutes from all San Antonio has to offer (The Alamo, Riverwalk, Six Flags, Pearl). This is a private room w/private bath, french doors & screened in patio (perfect for morning coffee) in our recently renovated home. Shared spaces are living/dining, office, and kitchen. It's completely modernized with 100mbps Wifi to connect all your devices, central Heating/AC, but with a fireplace for ambiance.
The Space:
This unique private guest room with a private bathroom at the Cozy Manor offers the amenities of home in a city full of things to do! The room is large enough to fit one full-sized floor mattress (it's tucked away when not in use).
The entire downstairs living room, kitchen, and dining area is open to guests.

This room is a private room downstairs with a private bathroom and is furnished with a queen-sized bed with pillow top mattress. It shares the loft office space (a comfortable place to set up your laptop and work from, which looks out over the green space in the rear of the home) with both private rooms upstairs.
Bathroom
When you'd like to freshen up, the bathroom has a nice shower with thick, fluffy, super soft, oversized towels and soaps, and shampoos/conditioner.
There is plenty of space to relax and lounge in our home. It features an open floor plan w/separate dining area, high ceilings and gas fire place in family area (please refer to photos). The family area has a large couch and reclining love seat with console, a 32" flat panel TV with local channels and free Netflix. Our kitchen is perfect and complete for the chef with granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, all necessary cooking utensils, coffee maker, plates, glasses, etc.
- Fully stocked laundry room
The back yard is large with a little garden in the back. Also, there is a brand new running/hiking trail one mile away. Parking is safe and free in the form of my driveway, garage or street.
More than Two People? No problem:
There is a second guestroom upstairs with a queen sized bed that can be reserved via my other listing.
The third guestroom upstairs has a queen sized bed and can be reserved via yet another listing.
The whole house can also be reserved.
The living room/dining room/patio/kitchen are all fair game for guests, as are any items found on the counter.
Location:
It is 5-10 minutes from La Cantera - the gorgeous outdoor shopping mall. As well as Six Flags Fiesta Texas and UTSA. It is 5-10 minutes from the medical center area where all the hospitals are. It is 1.5 miles from IH-10, which is the main highway to get to downtown where the Riverwalk is (about 20 minutes by car). Airport - about 15-20 minutes away.

Guest Access:
Guests who reserve this listing will have the private master bedroom and bath to themselves, but share common space (anything downstairs and office) with other guests.
Full kitchen
Feel free to use the fully stocked kitchen. There are several appliances, pots, pans, and utensils that you are welcome to use to cook or reheat food. You may eat at the breakfast bar or use the dining room. There is also a coffee machine with coffee for your enjoyment & well-being.
Laundry room
There is a fully stocked laundry room with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and full sized washer and dryer at your disposal.
You can come and go as you like and there are electronic locks, so there are no keys to keep up with!

Interaction with Guests:
It's likely you won't see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I'm here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message and I'll be quick to respond.
The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet subdivision, the house backs up to a relaxing green zone. However, it's still very close to the very best San Antonio has to offer. Less than a mile away you'll arrive at the start of a shopping center that includes restaurants for all taste buds: Rome's Pizza, Taste of India, McAlister's Deli, Buffalo Wild Wings, Twin Peaks, Carrabba's and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. Feel free to stroll the area. Welcome to your home away from home.
Getting Around:
Taxis are available anytime and cost about $35 to get anywhere else in town. I prefer Uber, which is a private driver service. You'll find information when you arrive for $20 off your 1st for rides! Also, the public bus stops just a few houses down the street - every 30 minutes during peak hours. Enjoy your stay!

*Please note: One night stays are only valid for Sunday through Thursday nights, weekends are a minimum of two nights.
Check in is via electronic lock, so it can be as late as you need!
