Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 2 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 10 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

At legendary Kolmas linja, above Oiva restaurant you'll find this small but cozy home for your Helsinki adventure.

The apartment is basically one big room, with well equipped kitchen and loft where the master bed resides. The area is very active, with many shops and good transport connections. There are nice parks by the sea and a buzzing night life.

Metro station locates just 300m from the apartment. Next to the apartment you can find lots of grocery stores (Lidl, K-Market, S-Market), pharmacy, bars and restaurants.

Check out by 11 am.

Please take shoes off inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed out on the street. Please respect the neighbors by turning the volume down after 11 pm. Please do not host parties or invite strangers to the apartment. Please leave the apartment tidy as it was on your arrival.
