Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This modern villa has been built in a gated community named Trichada, a few minutes away from beach, shopping, restaurants and market.L ocated 4 minutes away from the 7km fine-grain stretch of Bangtao Beach, this sumptuous single-storey listing comprised of a 3 bedroom luxury villa will please serenity-seeking travelers and families alike.

The main entrance is to the large living room that offers views of the swimming pool. Open to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove and all utensils.

The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with double sink and a walk in shower. Other two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower. We provide hairdryers as well as Organic toiletries from Chiang Mai for your convenience.

Only a quick drive of less than 5 minutes to the Banyan Tree Spa and Golf club and just 3 minutes to the beautiful Layan Beach, 5 minutes to Laguna area, shops and restaurants this villa makes a wonderful location for your vacation.

30 kw electric included per day, excess charged at 7 baht/kw. Cleaning is not included, price is THB 1800 per cleaning, including linen and towel change. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.

Late check in is available free of charge on request.
