Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Topsham is a lovely spacious, well equipped detached property ideal for
families. This property has been recently refurbished to a high
standard and is located in Pentlepoir Village on the fringe of
Saundersfoot, and only 3 miles to Tenby. A quiet peaceful residential
area, not too far from the main road but with minimal noise. A large
garden with a patio area with seating to relax at the end of a busy day
with country and distant sea views from some of the bedrooms. Walking
distance to local Spar shop and Post Office, garage. There is a very
popular Chinese restaurant and bar also within walking distance. Easy
access by car or bus to beaches and all local attractions, Kilgetty is
a mile away with large Co-op, bakery, pharmacy, Indian restaurant, chip
shop. The seaside resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby just a few miles
further on. The very popular Folly Farm & Zoo Adventure Park is less
than 2 miles away and Oakwood Theme Park is also nearby.
