Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 3 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 7 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance
With less than 29 days notice before your arrival date: 20% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 5% of the total remaining balance

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Modern 72sqm 1 bedroom apartment right in the center of Brussels at the well-known Boulevard Anspach – really close to the most famous places such as La Grand Place and the Manneken Pis. The apartment consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and an extra separate toilet. Since there are 2 single beds and a double sofa bed the flat is perfect for 4 guests! We’re sure you’ll enjoy the apartment and the location!
Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The building is equipped with a lift.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-in office is located in the same building, Rue Grétry 23, open Monday-Friday: 10am-10pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday and national holidays - closed.
For arrivals outside these hours, or on national holidays, please call us in advance to schedule a meeting. City tax of EUR 4,59/day/apartment will be collected from you at check-in separately, and we will transfer it to the city jurisdiction.

All guests are kindly requested to respect the house rules (full version is available in each apartment). We require a deposit to secure the apartment during your stay - 300€ will be blocked on your credit card. The apartment may not be used as a party place but that of accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing etc. Please respect the noise ordinance hours: 10pm. - 6am If you have any guests, they are kindly asked to leave the apartment before 10pm. Check-in from 2.00pm. & check-out until 10.00am. Late check-in fee of 30 € is charged for arrivals after 10pm.
