There is a restaurant onsite where you can have breakfast Buffet for 150 baht per person. Jomtien beach is 700 meters away and if you looking for a holiday with alot of sightseeing and relaxing when you come home you come to the right place as there is only 500 meters to the high way so very easy to come around.

The Space:
The kitchen features a microwave and all you need to cock. A TV is featured in the living room and 1 tv in the bedroom. Other facilities include an outdoor pool, gym, kids playground, fitness, and amazing waterpark.
Just only 10 mins walk or 2 mins bike to the beach. Very close to many attractions such as Pattaya Floating Market, Famous Walking Street, Pier to Coral Island, Nong–Nooch Tropical Garden & many more!

Guest Access:
I will be partially present around the house, but I am available 24/7 if you should need anything, and will make sure all your wishes are taken care of. Maximum privacy.
Interaction with Guests:
I'll be answering all the questions and help out as best as I can. If you want an airport pick-up we can arrange that for only 1,500.
The building staff takes care of the apartment if there should be a problem with the aircon or similar.

Very close to the beautiful Jomtien Beach and restaurants and shopping malls.
The center of Jomtien nightlife is only a few km away and you can easily take a taxi on the main road or use the app as "Grab"
This place is serene!! Less traffic.

- Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
- The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.

- Breakfast is not included for free.
- Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
- The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed (single bed 100 baht). 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
