Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

A very peaceful and serene property in beautiful surroundings. This escape from the town is only a 7 minute walk into Rye Town centre but in a country setting. There are 2 light filled double bedrooms, a comfy lounge, dining for 4, a well equipped kitchen, a sunny conservatory for relaxing with a book and a pretty garden for outside dining. The property also boasts parking for 2 cars which is a rarity in Rye!
The Space:
The Willows is a quiet house in a pretty country setting which has parking for 2 cars and a lovely south facing garden to relax in. Possibly the only noise you may hear is bird song or the braeing of the lovely rescued donkeys who live in a field nearby. The porch leads into a spacious dining area and lounge with comfy sofas, tv, lamps, dining area with comfortable seating for 4 around a round table. The sunny kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, kettle and toaster. The conservatory has a utility area with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is sofa for settling down with a book with the a lovely view of the garden. The pretty south facing garden has a patio set for alfresco dining or relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day of sight seeing.

The whole house is yours!
Interaction with Guests:
We are on hand if you have any questions or problems, but other than that, the house is completely yours.
The Neighborhood:
At the side path of the property is a walkway which is great for walks.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome but there is an extra charge and we need to be notified before your stay.
