Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Direct pool access 2 bedroom apartment in the best location of Rawai, across the street from the ocean.

On the ground floor of the building this apartment has a lounge area with TV and DVD, a balcony terrace with access to the gardens and AC.

Seating area with kitchen. Refrigerator and microwave are at disposal, hot plate and cutlery are included. A kettle and a coffee machine are available too. Coffee pods can be provided as well. The balcony terrace has a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors atmosphere of the estate.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, AC and TV, closet and bed side tables. with ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin size beds, AC and TV and ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower.

The estate is secured and has 3 swimming pools, a gym and sauna. One of the swimming pools has a waterfall cascade.

On the main road there is a public bus to Nai Harn beach and to Phuket old town. From the beach across the street you can take a long tail boat to the islands across and spend the day in the secluded beaches.

Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave. Cleaning is not included, charged 1200 baht if required. This includes the change of linen and towels. If an extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
Wifi is provided by the building for free, is not suitable for working. High speed wifi is sold at the reception for an extra fee
