Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Our cozy snug basement conversion is ideal for couples travelling to Leeds. The property is a studio type conversion with free WIFI, freeview TV and a lovely comfy double bed. There is a separate shower and toilet and kitchen facilities where you will find everything you need to cook a meal.
The Space:
The 'Snug' is a lovely warm and welcoming place that is ideal for couples visiting Leeds. The property is 1 mile from Leeds City Centre. Busses are every 10 minutes or a taxi is less than £4
Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire property. The 'Snug' is accessed by its own lovely gated private yard and check in is buy way of a key safe on the wall.
Interaction with Guests:
I will leave you to enjoy the privacy of your stay and will not be there to meet and great you. Check in self check in and I will always be at the end of the phone if you need me.
The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is a residential and is situated next to a main bus route in to Leeds City Centre.
Other Things to Note:
Clean fresh bedding and towels will be provided.
