Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This seaview duplex with The Quarter in Surin has everything you need for your holidays.

2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, large closets and king size beds. The balcony has a seaview and seating area. The living room features a large TV and it's next to the kitchen for self catering. Our unit does not have direct pool access or pool view.

The building has private secured garage and a restaurant.

Surin beach is a 10 minute walk and BangTao is 20 minute walk. Restaurants and shops are just around the corner, less than 2 minute walk! All can be reached by car or motorbike in 5 minutes!

Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.

Cleaning during the stay is not included, charged 1200 baht if required. This includes the change of linen and towels. If an extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
