Your bathroom is shared with guests in the other Pearl Room. However, at sometimes you will be the only guest!
Your bath towel and freshly fluffed pillows will be waiting for you when you arrive.

There are lots of places to shop and eat nearby!
Take a 5 min drive to: Walmart, Publix, Oak Hill Hospital, shopping, food and The Mermaids in Weeki Wachee Springs State Park!

45 Mins to Tampa International Airport
1.5 hours to Disney and Universal
Getting Around:
There is transit, Uber, and car rentals
Other Things to Note:
- Not safe or suitable for children aged 0-4 years old (This house is not childproof). Approval on a case by case basis.
- No Pets, No smoking, No parties & No events.
- Check-in time is between 3PM - 10PM
- Check out no later than 11AM
1) Again, please note that one of the 2nd living rooms is incomplete and therefore off limits.
2) There is also a swimming pool that needs to be resurfaced & renovated. BUT the water is balanced and you are allowed to use it at your own risk.
Other minor renovations have not been completed yet (e.g some baseboards in the shared areas, bathroom vanities, and the pool still needs to be refinished).
The swimming pool is balanced and the water quality is perfectly safe however, it has a broken ladder in the deep end and is scheduled for resurfacing which means the bottom of the pool is not perfect. Use at your own risk.
3) There are a total of 5 Rooms in this house. 3 of them are listed and rented on a short term rental basis. This means there may be others staying during your stay. Everyone is vetted, respectful and fun to be around.
- Please treat this home as you would your own. Quiet time is from 11:00 PM - 9 AM.
- No other guests are allowed unless cleared with the host, please.
- Re-entering the property after check-out without consent from the host will result in a fee equal to DOUBLE the current nightly rate.
- You are welcome to use the Fridge and Microwave if you agree to clean up after yourself. Light cooking available for guests staying 8:00 PM EST.
- Due to the fact that this house is under renovation, there will be no access to the Game Room or Pool. As a guest, you agree not to leave a negative review due to this.
- There will be a $25 fee for misplaced bedroom keys, TV Remotes, & Ceiling Fan Remotes.
- You agree to forfeit your entire deposit if you steal (including towels), smoke anywhere on the property or breach ANY of the house rules.
- Florida Residents might be subject to a tenant screening application performed by a 3rd party company.
