Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

minutes walk from Tenby town.

The Coach House is a superbly presented apartment, converted in 2018 to
an excellent standard, offering spacious, open plan, modern
accommodation. The property has been tastefully decorated with modern
furnishings, including all modern conveniences. Situated back off the
main road into Tenby, it is around 10 minutes walk to the centre of
Tenby and its glorious beaches. There is an enclosed patio to the side
of the property with garden furniture. Close by is a small Co-op which
is well stocked, parking for this property is clearly marked and offers
up to 3 spaces. Tenby is set in the Pembrokeshire National Park, an
area of outstanding natural beauty and within easy reach is access to
stunning coastal and inland scenery. Within a 20 minute drive are
attractions like Folly Farm & Zoo, Heatherton, Oakwood and Manor House
Zoo.

Bedroom 1, with double bed, TV, wardrobe, drawers. Spiral stairs to.
Bedroom 2, mezzanine with double bed, T.V. wardrobe, ensuite shower
room. Enclosed rear patio area, with table and chairs. Rent inclusive
of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen, towels are
provided. Wifi. Non-Smoking. 3pm takeover.

Pets information: Dog-friendly properties are pre-designated in
accordance with agreements with our property owners. Therefore, we do
not charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, where it is indicated
a dog – or dogs – are welcome, unless otherwise stated in the property
description. It is clearly indicated in the particulars of each
property whether or not dogs are allowed and this must be strictly
adhered to. Owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without
notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
For pets other than dogs, the owner’s permission must be sought before
making the booking.
