Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 2 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

As our house keeper changes furniture & wall hanging pictures, etc. regularly, some of the furnishings may not exactly the same shown in some of the pictures. Common area at house/suite may have a very limited access by us if needed, due to control system.

Sometime “Default” heading of the description confuse the readers. “The Chateau” is a huge luxury & Beautiful property. It consist of main house and two basement suites with different options. Please note that your Deluxe Suite is independent, containing two bedrooms with kitchen and living area with separate entry. You will have your own privacy and no access to/from main house/ other basement suite.

Please note that, if the channel is not charging the city tax(11% of total price) and cleaning fee(CAD 100) and the management fee i.e. the channel's commission (15-20% of total price), then the guests are required to pay at the time of their arrival.
