Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Cosy Tenby apartment with amazing sea views, ideal for a couple, dog
friendly.

Situated in a prime position on The Esplanade with views over the bay
and coastline beyond, St Agathas is an impressive building that has
been converted into apartments. Tenby Towers is on the third floor, a
loft apartment with sloping ceilings and lovely sea views. It has been
furnished and equipped to offer good quality holiday accommodation. A
short stroll through Imperial Arch part of the 13th century town walls
leads on to the Paragon and through a narrow cobbled lane into St
Julian Street and Tudor Square a bustling area of the town with a
variety of shops, wine bars, pubs and restaurants. During July and
August the area within the town walls is traffic free and visitors can
enjoy 'al fresco' dining at one of the many cafes and restaurants. Take
a boat ride over to Caldey Island a pretty island run by an Order of
Cistercian monks who make their own perfume and chocolate which is sold
in the island shop. Apart from the four beautiful sandy beaches to
choose from there are plenty of local attractions to enjoy and all are
within a short driving distance.

Note: This property is accessed via 6 flights of stairs, the views are
amazing once you arrive.

Holiday Accommodation Details

Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, double sofa bed, T.V. DVD player,
electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom
1, double bed, wardrobe. Bathroom, with bath/shower over, W.C, whb.
Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Small outside
area with seating, amazing sea views (children must be supervised at
all times). . Duvets, bed linen and towels included. 3pm takeover.
Pets information: Dog-friendly properties are pre-designated in
accordance with agreements with our property owners. Therefore, we do
not charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, where it is indicated
a dog – or dogs – are welcome, unless otherwise stated in the property
description. It is clearly indicated in the particulars of each
property whether or not dogs are allowed and this must be strictly
adhered to. Owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without
notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
For pets other than dogs, the owner’s permission must be sought before
making the booking.
