Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 4 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 40 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The accommodation provides a private porch with barbecue and inside a large living room with kitchen, a big salon, 4 double rooms (one with two single beds in addition) and 2 bathrooms. The pool area, the garden and the laundry room are shared with the other apartments. Anyway all units have their own privacy. Close the complex you can find all services like: banks, shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, ecc. Distance 6 Km from Santa Maria di Leuca.Bed and bath linen not included in the amount. For the guests that need it, the extra cost is 15 Euro/person to pay directly on arrival.
