Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 2 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 5 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 15 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

In the enchanting bay of San Gregorio and a few steps from the small beach of the resort, there is a beautiful three-room apartment on the first floor with direct access from the square and panoramic views of the bay. The house in question has externally a comfortable terrace reserved on two sides and equipped with outdoor shower, retractable awning and comfortable wooden table for eating outdoors watching the sunset over the bay. Inside comfortable and luminous living room, always sea view, furnished with taste and design; here there is a comfortable sofa with tv. Kitchen on the side complete with everything you need and direct access to the sleeping area where there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one triple with a double bed and a single pull-out bed and a second bedroom with bunk bed and a further pull-out bed. Finally, there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and a second blind bathroom (with only one window overlooking the main bathroom), only for service and with washing machine.The apartment is located a few steps from the sea and has various clubs, pubs, restaurants, tobacconists and markets.Spiaggetta accessible easily on foot only 80 meters.
Bath / bed linen available on request at a cost of EUR 15 per person for the whole stay.
