Description
The villa consists of a large open plan living area with ample seating for 6 persons. The large, spacious kitchen has all the amenities and utensils you need whilst on vacation.
The master double bedroom is light and airy with plenty of windows to bring in the sea breeze. An en-suite shower room with WC is also in the bedroom giving you total privacy to other guests in your party.
The second bedroom has two single beds with plenty of wardrobe space for your holiday belongings.
A family bathroom which has a shower, is in between the two bedrooms.
Round the back of the villa is more patio space complete with a traditional Cypriot BBQ, perfect for a long nights entertaining.
NOTE: Maximum occupancy is 4, however, we can allow room for an infant (under 2 years) in a cot (charged extra) and an extra person in a campbed (charged extra)

The nearest airport is Larnaca International with many airlines flying direct from the UK, Russia, Germany and more. Check Sky Scanner to find a flight.

The Space:
Sunrise Villa is a beautiful 2 bedroom bungalow on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. Located just a few metres from the sea, you have access to quiet beaches dotted along the coastal path to Ayia Napa centre.
The Neighborhood:
Ayia Thekla is named after a 1st century saint and is a beautiful quiet village that is becoming more popular year on year. There is a picturesque beach with a small island about a hundred yards offshore and calm shallow waters for the children to play. The beach is mainly frequented only by locals, which means you can enjoy the space offered, but if you require a busier area, take a few minutes drive to Makronissos Beach. it is a magnificent place for people of all age groups. Whether you are a water sports fan or are simply seeking a nice, quiet place where you and your family can enjoy the sun, Makronissos Beach offers all the conveniences.
The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag, a programme that offers an exclusive eco-label to beaches that fulfill strict criteria for the quality of the beach and the facilities available to the public. You can relax in the knowledge that Makronissos Beach fulfills all the criteria implemented by an Internationally recognised non-profit organisation.One of the unique features that Makronissos Beach offers is a natural cape that encloses the beautiful golden sand; this cape prevents a lot of unwanted items reaching the shore. This means that Makronissos Beach has arguably the cleanest and calmest water in the area.
There are also many activities that you can enjoy at the beach such as swimming, snorkeling, playing beach ball or very simply having fun. You can grab a ride on a Jet ski, take a trip on the paragliding or go crazy on the banana boat rides. Ayia Thekla is now also known for being the home of probably the largest water park in Europe, Waterworld, which is just a mile east of the village. With a clearly defined Greek Mythology theme running through all its slides and pools, Waterworld is hugely popular with both locals and tourists during the summer season. Ayia Thekla boasts a small number of bars and restaurants, the best ones around being, the Axartis restaurant, opposite the water park and Zafiri bar. This bar is located on one of the more scenic places to grab that relaxing pint and a bite to eat. It is just a short walk from the beautiful Ayia Thekla Church and the path outside the pub leads to the beach.
During the summer there is a terrace where you can enjoy your favorite tipple al fresco, the same area is covered in the winter and heated by gas burners.
Getting Around:
Cyprus has a great public bus network with a bus stop just a few minutes walk. There are several route taking you in all directions from Pernera, to Protaras to Ayia Napa and even Larnaca. It is very inexpensive and is a great way to explore the island.
