Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

features over 1200 square feet of vacation living space. An elevator is
available to take you up to the fourth floor to enjoy your
accommodations. Inside, you'll find cool tile flooring throughout the
main living areas and brilliant decor. There is a private screened
porch located just off the living room to enjoy morning coffee or an
afternoon picnic.
A king sized bed, 32" flat screened TV, and an attached private
bathroom completes the master bedroom suite. The second bedroom
features a queen sized bed and 19" flat screened TV. Two twin beds
compliment the third bedroom, perfect for children or teenagers. Wi-Fi
internet access and a clothes washer and clothes dryer are other great
amenities that add a homey touch to the Sunderland condo.
Prepare delicious vacation meals in the comforts of a fully-equipped
kitchen. All cookware and place settings are provided. A serving window
between the kitchen and the dining area provides for easy entertaining
of friends and family. Living room amenities include a 42" TV with DVD
player and a sleeper sofa to serve as additional sleeping space.
