Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This cabin is peaceful and private yet an easy 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN. This is the cabin you want if you are looking for a private getaway to relax but also want the convenience of going into town. Cabin has wifi and cable tv.
The Space:
Some of the very best views you will ever see of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Mt. Leconte! 3.6 miles to downtown Gatlinburg! Paved roads and plenty of parking! Private deck with hot tub!

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.

The Neighborhood:
This cabin is in a great location only 3.6 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, TN. It features paved roads all the way and plenty of parking. It is not located in a cabin community. You have a fantastic private deck with hot tub and an amazing view of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park!
Getting Around:
It is an easy drive to the cabin. You will need a car.
Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Coffee maker is a Keurig.
