Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The Neighborhood:
There is really no need to leave the resort but if you’re in the mood for a little activity, Red Hook is close by with its picturesque open-air restaurants, unique shops and galleries. Take in a round of golf at one of the top courses in the Caribbean, Mahogany Run. Climb the famous 99 Steps of Charlotte Amalie for an incomparable view of the Caribbean or do it with easy way on the Skyride — taking you 700 feet above the city. Coral World is a favorite among both visitors and residents and is a short walk from the resort. Swim with sea lions, trek along the ocean floor, enjoy the Marine Gardens and visit the Undersea Observatory Tower built 30 feet underwater.
