Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.


Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.


Cancellation terms in most cases are:


  • With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
  • With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page


Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

2 Spetchley House is a ground floor holiday apartment which is part
of a period Georgian house that has been tastefully converted into 5
apartments. This delightful self catering holiday apartment is situated
just off The Esplanade and has a glimpse of the sea and close to
Tenby's beautiful South Beach. This superb apartment has been furnished
and equipped to a very high standard with a view of part of the
historic town walls and well presented flower beds. The apartment is
equipped to a high standard and offers comfortable surroundings for 2
people (and a baby). Perfectly situated for access to Tenby's many
sandy beaches all within a few minutes walk, and the historic town
centre with its pretty Harbour, variety of shops, restaurants and
galleries. There are a number of car parks within walking distance of
the property. NOTE: Not suitable for children, infants or babies.
