Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Sparta Cottage is a recently updated gem of a property, quaint, full of
character with beams and superb sea view from the balcony over the
pretty harbour and coastline beyond from the lounge and master bedroom.
This cosy three storey cottage is situated in the heart of Tenby just
yards from the beach and close to a good variety of shops, restaurants,
cafes and public houses. Tenby has 3 other beautiful beaches to enjoy
North beach, Castle beach and the South beach as well as the Coastal
path. There are boat trips to the lovely monastic island of Caldey as
well as fishing trips and lots of wonderful things for the family to do
in this beautiful county.

On the lower ground floor there is an open space and enclosed storage
area which has previously been used ny the owners to park small cars.
The area is available for car parking but at the occupiers own risk
because of the limited area available to manouver and park cars.

Lounge with smart TV, music centre, CDs, Wi Fi, balcony off with
comfrtable seating for 6 sea view. Kitchen/dining room, with electric
hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Stairs to first floor:
Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, sea views. Bedroom 2 with zip/ link beds.
Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, whb. Stairs down to lower ground
floor: Bedroom 3 with zip/link beds; en suite shower, separate WC.
Garage with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking
for a small size car. Rent inclusive of electricity and
heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. High chair supplied.
Non smoking. 3pm takeover. NOTE: When booking please state if you
require the zip & link beds as single beds or double bed.
