Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a
chance to resell the cancelled dates.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com
and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation,
then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure
receipt of their cancellation.
Cancellation terms in most cases are:
With less than 6 days notice
before your arrival date: 100% of
the
total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice
before your arrival date: 50% of
the
total remaining balance
If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the
apartment page
Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The site is run by Haven and access to any of the Haven facilities including pool, club house, fun bar and other entertainment will require you to purchase club passes. These can be bought from the reception before 5pm on the day of your arrival. The current cost for the club passes are:
Off Peak dates:
Adult 7 nights are £21.75 3 or 4 nights are £16.50
Child (under 15) 7 nights are £10.25 3 or 4 nights are £8.25
Peak dates (School Holidays)
Adult 7 nights are £28.00 3 or 4 nights are £23.00
Child (under 15) 7 nights are £13.50 3 or 4 nights are £11.50
Please note that prices are capped for each accommodation, the capped prices are as follows:
Off Peak Dates:
A 2 bedroom accommodation is capped at £84.00 for 7 nights and £75.00 for 3/4 nights.
A 3 bedroom accommodation is capped at £107.00 for 7 nights and £95.00 for 3/4 nights.
Peak Dates (School Holidays)
A 2 bedroom accommodation is capped at £103 for 7 nights and £87.00 for 3/4 nights.
A 3 bedroom accommodation is capped at £132.00 for 7 nights and £109.00 for 3/4 nights.
There is no WIFI in the caravan due to the fact that no service provider can provide equipment on the site that can penetrate the metal structure of the caravans . The Caravan is not a dwelling and therefor can not have a phone line installed to facilitate WIFI. Free WIFI is available in the club and facilities.
