Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Seacroft is a superbly presented, dog friendly lodge with parking.

Heritage Park is an exciting redevelopment of the old Stepaside
colliery and iron works site set in the idyllic Pleasant Valley in the
heart of the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park. These fantastic
lodges are furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard
offering quality self catering accommodation for your stay in
Pembrokeshire. The holiday lodges are situated just a short woodland
walk from the quiet hamlet of Wisemans Bridge, the beach and Wisemans
Bridge Inn (1.5 miles). Pembrokeshire is renowned for its wonderful
historical locations, mild climate, beautiful golden sandy beaches,
woodland and mountain walks and a wealth of wild life. The Heritage
Park is the ideal setting for the quiet appreciation of natural wonders
and the finer things in life.

Seacroft is a superbly presented lodge which sleeps 6 offering an open
plan living area. There is a large wrap around decked area with
seating to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of your surroundings. This
property is probably the most secluded with fantastic views of the
ruins which are lit up at night. A dog friendly property with parking.

Holiday Accommodation Details

Sleeps 6 One well behaved Dog, (2 small dogs may be considered)

Open plan Lounge/dining/kitchen, TV/DVD player, gas hob, electric oven,
fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer. Door to decked area.
Bedroom 1, with king size bed, ensuite shower room, WC and
whb. Bathroom, with bath/shower over, WC, whb and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2, double bed. Bedroom 3, two single beds. Large decked area
with table and chairs. Parking. Rent inclusive of gas central heating
and electricity. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided.
Non-smokers. 3pm takeover.

Pets information: Dog-friendly properties are pre-designated in
accordance with agreements with our property owners. Therefore, we do
not charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, where it is indicated
a dog – or dogs – are welcome, unless otherwise stated in the property
description. It is clearly indicated in the particulars of each
property whether or not dogs are allowed and this must be strictly
adhered to. Owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without
notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
For pets other than dogs, the owner’s permission must be sought before
making the booking.
