Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 4 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 40 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Among the enchantment of centuries-old olive trees and the grace of a well-kept and fenced park, there is a characteristic trullo.The accommodation externally has a patio with a porch fully furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors.The Trullo Sage can accommodate up to 8 people, as it has three double bedrooms, a sofa bed for two people.Inside there is a large and bright living room with sofa bed (double), a large table for 8 and more people, TV and a French window leading directly to the external portico.On the side there is a full bathroom with all shower facilities.In the same environment there is also a nice kitchen equipped with all utensils, with fridge, oven, and dishwasher.The living room leads to the first two bedrooms (from the second one goes to the third room).The first has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a small bathroom. Also here there is a glass door leading to the exterior of the structure.The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, complete with all the services with a shower, a window provided with a mosquito net, a closet and a dresser with eight drawers.From this room you access the third double bedroom. This has a wooden cabinet with two doors, two windows, a French door leading to the external porch and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower.The washing machine, as well as some outdoor spaces, are in a codivision with other potential guests, as the entire complex (equal to 6000 square meters) contains other trulli.
