A beautiful two-bedroom apartment (max five people) in a residential area in Barcelona, near the magnificent Monjtuic Castle and Poble Espanyol.
Located between the centre and Plaza Espana, this apartment is perfect for a small group of friends or a family. The apartment has a very earthy and traditional atmosphere with vaulted Catalan ceilings with exposed wooden beams, parquet floors, a country house style kitchen, solid timber furniture and delightful artwork. It all makes for a very warm and homely place. The living room contains a large comfortable double sofa-bed, a stylish glass coffee table, a fine wooden chest of drawers and a flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is large and designed beautifully with a marble work top finish and a large dark wood table with seating. Of course it comes fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a hob and any other appliance need to cook. The two bedrooms consist of a double and a single bed. The master bedroom is spacious with a small flat screen TV, a nightstand, a bedside lamp and a large wardrobe for your travel accessories. The single bedroom also contains a large chest of drawers and a wardrobe for your clothes. The bathroom contains a toilet, a marble washbasin, a shower and a hair dryer. Linen and towels are supplied. Amenities include a washing machine, an iron and board, a dryer, an elevator, a hi-speed Internet connection and air-conditioning. A security deposit and a cleaning fee will be required upon check-in. Tourist tax in Barcelona amounts to Euros 0,72 per person per night (with a maximum of 7 nights) and is applicable to guests older than 17 years of age.
