Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 99 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The house corresponds to a typical Catalan farmhouse of the 17th century, with about 3 hectares of gardens, forests and lands. Totally private and a few steps from the town of Sant Gregori.

For the enjoyment of Guests the house has the ability to accommodate 23 people with total comfort.

It has 10 double rooms with their own private bathroom, air conditioning in all, flat screen TV, satellite and Wifi. (one of the rooms has a jacuzzi).

On the ground floor of the house there is a whole series of equipment such as: Meeting room, living room, 2 different dining rooms, large professional kitchen, etc.

On the equipment and decoration, the house has all the necessary elements to make the stay of your guests as perfect as possible.

The decoration made with good taste and dedication to the smallest details will make your stay a unique place.

Ideal for large groups of people wanting to enjoy an unforgettable summer.

Normative:

- Youth groups are not accepted, only consolidated families. (Min. 30 years)
- The rules of ownership and agency will be respected. At the time of confirming the reservation, they will be sent a contract and regulations that must be read and accepted.
- If the deposit is not charged by the portal, the agency will charge it in cash.
- As a general rule pets are not allowed. The agency should be consulted (Supplement of € 50 per pet).
- Cots available (€ 50 supplement)
- Maximum capacity "20" guests. (Supplement of € 70 per additional bed).
- Check-in / check-out times will be respected. If you arrive later than 8:00 p.m., a supplement of 50 Eur will be charged or the check-in will take place the next day during business hours.
