The Space:
The apartment is 2.6 km from Mimosa Pattaya and only 300 meter from Jomtien Yacht Club and many good seafood restaurants.

The building staff takes care of the apartment if there should be any problem with the aircon or anything similar whatsoever.
The Neighborhood:
Very close to the beautiful Jomtien Beach and restaurants and shopping malls.
The center of Jomtien nightlife is only few km away and you can easily take a taxi for only 10 baht.
This place is serene!! Less traffic.
Getting Around:
Only 10 minutes drive to the night market and very easy to take "baht bus" on beach road to Pattaya (Walking Street, Festival Centre Pattaya shopping center, Bali Hai pier (for a trip to the islands), Buddha on the mountain - viewpoint... for only 10 baht per person,there're baht-buses going to all routes every time, you can get them from the beach road.
