Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 4 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 40 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Typical house with star vaults located on the ground floor in front of the beautiful beach of Specchiarica.The accommodation, built in the 40s as a refuge for fishermen, has an internal courtyard with entrance to the small living room with a dining table and TV.From here you can access both the double bedroom and the main bedroom.Present a small kitchen (without hot water), stove and gas oven.From here you can get access to the small bathroom without shower and hot water.On the back of the house there is an outdoor shower with hot water (from the solar panels) and a washing machine.Quiet area and with convenient free parking in front of the house.Sandy beach far 50 meters from the house.The beautiful natural reserve called Salina I Monaci is 5 minute far on foot.The famous Punta Prosciutto beach is less than a 10-minute drive away.
Bed and bath linen available only on request.Pets allowed: extra cost of 40 EUR required on arrival.Outdoor shower with hot water (through solar panels)Internal bathroom without shower. The bathroom and the kitchen do not have hot water.Each room doesn't have internal doors.
