and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation,
then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure
receipt of their cancellation.

RIDGE AT RIVERMERE
Throughout the home, there are a total of 3 sets of French doors which give an elegant and classy feel to the home.
This 4 bedroom home has enough space for up to 12 people. We suggest 9 due to sleeping arrangements, but up to 12 are welcome.
The master bedroom holds a California king sized bed with it’s own master bathroom. There are two bedrooms that both hold king sized beds. A fourth bedroom does have two queen sized beds.
There are three total bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and two other full sized baths so family members don’t fight for the shower in the morning!
A great touch to this home is that both the main and lower level have it’s own fire place and complete kitchen. The kitchens are fully stocked with everything you could need to not only feel right at home but also to cook up a delicious meal!

If you’re settling in for the evening, stay warm by the fire place and enjoy your favorite movie on one of the three televisions throughout the home.
There is a laundry room available for your use if needed as well as a tread mill if you need to get a quick workout in. There are French doors that lead out to the warm and bubbling hot tub.
Cozy up in it at the end of the night while friends or other family members gather around the rock fire pit with log seating. If you’re from the city, you’ll surely appreciate the ability to view the twinkling stars that light up the Spokane River Valley.
Enjoy the deck too during the warm weather. The bistro furniture and umbrellas will allow for maximum sun exposure or maximum shading too.

Nine Mile Falls is only a short 5 minute drive away. Here you’ll find shopping explorations, dining adventures and nature filled activities that are sure to please everyone in the family.
Riverside State Park is just nearby where you can hike, enjoy the scenic views, and walk along the river.
Coeur d’Alene is also only miles away where the sparkling lake sits awaiting boating cruises and fishing options. There are fine dining choices as well as a night life scene such as night clubs and social scenes.
Go golfing or explore the surrounding area that holds parks and beaches.
If you visit during the colder months then you’re just under a hour an a half away from 5 major ski areas. Bring your skis!
