Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

11 Richmond House is the spacious Penthouse apartment with sea views
from lounge, kitchen and dining room over North Beach to the Harbour.

It is situated in a wonderful position on The Croft with the added
bonus of its own private garden on the opposite side of the road, with
direct access leading down to the North Beach, Tenby. The apartment
has been refurbished early 2018 to a high specification with plenty of
room for 6 to enjoy a fantastic holiday.

The holiday apartments are only a 5 minute stroll from the town centre
which has a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.
During July and August when the town centre is traffic free, many of
the bars and cafes offer al fresco dining. From the North Beach there
is a walkway which leads to the Harbour where boat trips run on a daily
basis (weather permitting) over to the beautiful Island of Caldey.

Note: There is a small lift to the left of the stairs for your
convenience but only to the 2^nd floor.

This property does not take children under 10.
