Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.


Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.


Cancellation terms in most cases are:


  • With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
  • With less than 5 days notice before your arrival date: 15% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page


Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

BEDROOMS:
Three modern bedrooms make up this suite. Two of the rooms feature comfortable queen beds and one has a cosy double.

Master bedroom has a 39" HDTV. The bedside tables and generous closet space invite you to feel at home. Many guests comment on the good night’s sleep they get while staying here; you won’t be disappointed!

The living room sofa easily turns into a sofa bed and the entire space can sleep up to 8 guests easily.

Extra pillows and blankets are available if needed.

BATHROOMS:
There are two bathrooms in the suite, one full and one half. The main bathroom features a shower and deep soaker tub, and the half bath is connected to one of the queen bedrooms. We pride ourselves on our standard of cleanliness, so you can be sure the bathrooms will be sparkling.

Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, a hair dryer, and hotel-quality towels are all provided. Also, there's a washer and dryer with the necessary supplies available for your use.

KITCHEN:
You’ll love cooking meals here in our modern and fully-stocked chef's kitchen. With plenty of counter space, including a center island, and equipped with high-quality appliances, preparing large feasts will be a breeze.

The kitchen features a huge double fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

We provide basic breakfast foods, cooking essentials (salt, pepper and olive oil) as well as silverware, dishes, pots, and pans.

The separate dining area next to the kitchen features a dining table with padded chairs and seats 6 comfortably.

LIVING ROOM:
As the hub of the home, the comfortable living room features a plush sofa, and large armchairs.

Modern decor and brick accents complete the room’s homey feel, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light.

Keep on top of your favourite Netflix shows with the 50” Ultra High Definition 4K TV.

We also have super-fast Wi-Fi too (150MB per second).

OUTSIDE SPACE:
In the warmer months, enjoy your morning coffee on the patio. Also, don’t forget to make use of the large backyard.

The home is located in a quiet, safe, family focused residential neighbourhood. Right across the street there is La Perle school with a large park, playground and soccer field.

Located just 5 min away from West Edmonton Mall, you are close to MANY different kinds of popular restaurants, retail stores and there are Save-On-Foods and Safeway grocery stores nearby. The house is minutes from the 170 Street, Whitemud Drive and Anthony Henday Drive which gives you quick access to the entire city.
Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around in Edmonton. With 170 St., Anthony Henday ring road and Whitened Drive close by you can get anywhere in Edmonton within 5 - 30 minutes. West Edmonton Mall 7 min, Whyte Ave 15- 20 min, Downtown Core/Ice District 20 - 30 min, Edmonton International Airport 20 - 25 min, and public transportation is just a couple houses down the street.
