The Space:

* The Retail price of the unit at this luxury resort is normally 1.5 to 3 times more than what you see here. We are able to offer lower prices to guests who agree to make fun of and enjoy a 90 min property tour. During the tour with FREE breakfast, they will present prepaid vacation options BUT you do NOT have to buy anything AND you get a free gift which can include: Theme park passes, MasterCard Gift cards, Discount Food Cards, 2-7 night Getaways and more). Just enjoy the free food and learn about ways to save on your upcoming travel. Again, no expectations!
* With this listing, you MUST attend a 90 min property tour OR pay a fee to skip it. In return, you are paying a great price, receiving an unforgettable vacation, and will be provided with a valuable gift from the resort along with free breakfast on the day of the tour. *** IMPORTANT RESORT REQUIREMENTS ***
- Have NOT attended a Property Tour or Timeshare Presentation at any Westgate Resort in the last 12 months.
- Do NOT currently own a timeshare at Westgate.
- Upon arrival, pay a special resort tax (Approx. $9.62 to $16.38 per night)
- Upon arrival, pay a refundable security deposit (Usually $50).
- Upon arrival, you will NOT pay any resort fees or parking fees!
- Sign an authorization to pay a fee of approx. $300 to the resort ONLY IF you miss the tour.
- As a special requirement from the resort, upon booking, you will be asked to send the $300 through the resolution center. This will ONLY be returned after you attend your tour.

You certify that you qualify and will attend a property tour, otherwise you agree to forfeit the refundable deposit to skip the tour but still stay. (This is the fee that we have to pay to the resort for missed tours that we pass on to you.)

Due to the fact that this property is located within a resort, you are required to present government photo ID at the front counter.

If you don't check-in on the 1st day of your stay (meaning before midnight) and you do not alert the resort or host in advance, your reservation may be canceled without refund.
